We take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives safely. Each ceramic item is individually wrapped in protective, recyclable packaging materials and carefully packed in sturdy, recyclable boxes designed to protect your order throughout its journey.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the damaged piece, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Every KOTI® piece is individually handmade with care and is kept in stock whenever possible. If your chosen piece is available, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

As each collection is produced in small batches, some pieces may occasionally sell out. If this happens, we'll notify you by email with an estimated lead time while your piece is carefully remade. We continuously produce new batches to keep our collections available, while maintaining the craftsmanship and quality that define every KOTI® piece.

During particularly busy periods or for pre-order collections, lead times may be slightly longer. If this applies to your order, our Customer Care Team will keep you informed by email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
